If the weapon license is desired for
protection, or for the protection of large sums of money or valuable
property, you are required to provide and explain a good cause for
issuance of the license. For example, has your life or property been
threatened or jeopardized? Explain incidents and include dates, times,
locations, and names of police agencies to which these incidents were
reported. Be as descriptive as possible. You must write a minimum of 120
words.

Answer here:One day I was Roaming in the city Los Angeles Suddenly a man came in front and commanded to handsup , I was having alot of money I was very scared because they where all the money which I earned all the year and they where going to rob me , they rob me and fired on my hands and ran away , I cant believe that they didn't take my cellphone. I called at LAFMD for my help , they came to me and take me to hospital. I was alright but I was very sad about it. If I was having Weapon license that time I can use it for my safety I will not going to harm them terrorist because I am not a bad guy , I will just scared then with my weapons and call police and tell them to arrest and if they will tried to run , I'll just try to fire on their legs so they cant run away. I was very sad that day because I lost my 1million at that day I was going to buy a good house for my family but those terrorist rob me , I was my worst day but I thanks to god still now because at that day I was having cellphone or eles I will not able to stay alive.

supervisors have the right to deny my application with a reason given.
If the firearm license application is accepted, I understand that if I
get arrested for any misdemeanor or felony offence, the officer has the
right to revoke my license without any warning given. I also understand
that I am only to purchase weapons from any of the legal Ammunations in
Los Angeles and if caught purchasing firearms from any other location
other than an Ammunation, the license will be immediately revoked.

By
submitting this application, I realize that I will be held responsible
for any injury to person or property when using a firearm. I agree to
use the firearm during emergency situations which require it, including
but not limited to; self defense. I agree to never use the firearm to
shoot at any Government agency members. I also give the Los Angeles
Police Department permission to do any relevant background checks on me
to aid the investigation in this application process. By signing my

I understand that the
license can be revoked for any in character reasons, and I will not take
it out of character. I understand that the Los Angeles Police
Department has the right to deny my firearm license application for any
in character or even out of character reason given, including having an
excessive admin record or too many previous admin jails for death
matching, revenge killing, etc. By signing this application, I agree to
