Yes, I had a weapon license at New York city since I moved to Los Angeles, I don't have one at the moment.

As you all know that Los Angeles is a city with huge crime, where thugs and gangs are all around, I was being treated brutally by few gangs and I had no choice to do except listening to them, I got beaten up too as a citizen of Los Angeles and a young adult I need to protect myself, I gave calls to 911 few times but they failed to respond on time, I've seen people getting beaten up too and what I had to do is move ignoring as I had no choices, I just want to prove that I'm a good citizen of city of Los Angeles and I might be doing some vigilant stuffs to save me and my people and would like to serve my country, I might also join LAPD in future once I proved that I'm a good and loyal citizen of the country, thank you.

It depends on the situation, it's up to the people who try to mess when I'm around but still I swear that I wont misuse it, I won't be using weapons all the time, will be using only to protect me or to save innocence, I wont do something which breaks the rules and regulation that is why I'm here appointing for a weapon license rather than having weapons in illegal ways.

I also understand that I am only to purchase weapons from any of the legal Ammunations in Los Angeles and if caught purchasing firearms from any other location other than an Ammunation, the license will be immediately revoked.
By submitting this application, I realize that I will be held responsible for any injury to person or property when using a firearm. I agree to use the firearm during emergency situations which require it, including but not limited to; self defense. I agree to never use the firearm to shoot at any Government agency members. I also give the Los Angeles Police Department permission to do any relevant background checks on me to aid the investigation in this application process.
